Welcome to M.A Healthcare LTD. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of our care services and set out the expectations and responsibilities of both parties. By using our services, you agree to the following:
Commitment to Quality Care
M.A Healthcare LTD is fully committed to delivering the highest standard of care and support. We aim to exceed the expectations set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and uphold best practices in all our services.
Fees and Payments
All care services are chargeable in accordance with our current Price List.
Prices may be reviewed periodically, and you will receive at least 7 days’ notice of any changes.
Invoices are issued weekly or monthly, depending on your agreement.
Payments must be made within 7 days of invoice date.
Overdue payments may incur interest charges and could affect continued service delivery.
Cancellations and Service Changes
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations, changes to visit times, or adjustments to care plans.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the scheduled service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, and you notify us within 24 hours, that portion of the service will not be charged.
We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
Staff Training and Conduct
All carers and staff members undergo regular training, vetting, and professional development. We invest in our team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and compassion needed to provide safe, effective, and dignified care.
Carers are not permitted to accept gifts, cash, or personal tips. If you’d like to express appreciation, please contact the office.
Client Confidentiality
All personal and medical information shared with M.A Healthcare LTD is kept strictly confidential in line with GDPR and Data Protection regulations. We do not share client data without consent, unless required by law or in cases of safeguarding.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the care agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
In cases of misconduct, non-payment, or unsafe environments, M.A Healthcare LTD reserves the right to withdraw services immediately.
